Stage 1 : Wood Cutting
Large MDF board is cut in to smaller dimension for the MDF casket while timber log is sawn in to wood plank for wood casket.
Stage 2 : Wood Lamination
Smaller MDF board will be glue together to form a shape for the top cover of the MDF casket.
Stage 3 : Wood Assembly
MDF board or wood plank will be nail together according to design drawing.
Stage 4 : CNC Machining
We use CNC machine to engrave chinese characters on the wood and produce wood trims as accessories.
Stage 5 : Trimming and Sanding
Semi-finished product undergo trimming and sanding to achieve mirror finish on next stage : spary paint.
Stage 6 : Spray Paint
All wood product will go through a undercoat and color lining process before proceed to spray paint. Then it will go through a layers of coating before proceed to finishing process.

Here we will install all the interior and exterior accessories on to the casket before QC check and packing.
